The structure of the project management consists of:
- the General Assembly, acting as the highest decision maker, and providing an annual forum for all contributor organizations to share progress and agree implications for the direction of the project;
- the Executive Commitee, that will be led by the INCEFA-SCALE Coordinator and will be responsible for managing technical activities;
- the Advisory Board, that will act as a monitoring and advising expert group associated with NUGENIA and;
- the Data Committee, with responsibility for formulating the data management policies and facilitating their implementation.
